It is a Stainless Steel coated Enamel Mug. Please do not clean it with a steel brush or steel sponge. Instead, it is advised to use lukewarm soapy water & a soft sponge to wash the mug. 

Can Enamel Mugs be microwaved?

P.S: Do not microwave your enamel mug. It might lead to World War-like situations in your kitchen.
